On the left panel, under Options, there is "Add to pool". Click, then start typing the name of the pool until you narrow the options down and can click the name. Hit 'submit'.

Along with what NWSiaCB said, you can also add pools directly in the tag edit box by typing "pool:name_of_pool" without quotations just like you would a tag

You can also add posts to a pool from within the pool's edit screen by inserting the post number directly into the list of posts.
