Ector (who in Legend was Arthur's foster father) has been mentioned as a Dwarf who served as a Knight under Tonelico AKA young Morgan
He later looked after Altria Caster when she was a kid

At the time I wrote that, after talking with some people, we didn't remember seeing his name when he appeared in the Lostbelt, reason why I added check character and commented. His character tag might need changes if we ever get PHH's Ector design though.
