I thought it was missing at first too. If you look very closely at the image her other horn peeks through the sushi boat.

I agree that the shape of the horn looks wrong though, which is a shame as it is a bit distracting on an otherwise really nice skin.

I was having a look at her regular skin in Slow Ahead vs this, and I think her waitress skin actually covers more of her somehow than her default one, and realized we've hit that weird milestone where normal fanservice outfits are just apparently less risque than the normal ones.
