Given that the cut-off point for guns appears to be everything after breechloaders (given the earliest guns after the Colt are the Winchester Model 1887, the Carcano Modello 1891, the Mosin Nagant M1891 and the Hanyang Type 88), I doubt they'd do that.

thats means Hall type rifle can still be a thing.... its a breechloading flintlock/percussion cap rifle
