Pre-HoV Kiana, maybe. Post-HoV would just be happy if anyone still wanted anything to do with her considering her mental state during Arc City and Nagazora, and then her later mellowness as she matures post HoD. Elysian Realm Arc Kiana, and onward I imagine would feel a sting of hurt, but otherwise give a warm bittersweet smile and be glad Mei's happy, regardless if Mei, also kept Kiana, around in a romantic capacity.
