Somebody pointed out to me that it looks like she's wearing a pregnancy dress and now I can't unsee it.
I guess/think it's supposed to be some sort of a folk dress thingy. She's a Kuranta from Kazimierz, Kazimierz is based on Poland and their folk outfits do resemble Polish ones, to an extent.

She was born in Kazimierz but she was living in Columbia before joining RI. To me it doesn't look much different from a dress I might see someone wearing here in America.
