That flag reason is wrong. Decapitation is allowed here, just like every guro art. There is absolutely no passage in the ToS or the guro wiki that decapitation is prohibited here.

I mean I bet she wouldn't be too happy with her anatomy but I'm sure SOMEONE is.
This kind of case of rape and slay in fact happen in real life and this is reason why death penalty must come back inorder to put down this kind of person that commit this horrible act
