Uh, that's not what flagging is used for. That one is for deleting posts (or rather, to send something through the approval queue again for a second opinion).
To remove you just go to the Pool editing page and remove the post ID from the field listed. Alternatively you can hit edit and 'add' the tag -pool:origins (insert any other pool title or ID as approrpriate) to remove it, which is less error-prone.
Anyway, if one isn't sure why a post is included in a pool, best is to ask the person who added it. So...

Is there a reason why post #4707013 is included into Pool:Origins? Is it the source of a meme, or some fan-specific portrayal of Rushia or Ollie?
If it is because it depicts the "origin story" of Ollie then it shouldn't be included because that's not what the pool is for.
Yes, it is the first known artwork i know of that depicts the meme of Rushia making Ollie. If there is another one out there that predates this one, then swap it out in the origins pool. Other wise this deserves being in the Origins pool.
