For context, the framed hitboxes on the shelf to the right references Satsuki Yumizuka's infamous 623C, a move notorious for outright invalidating any attempts at jumping towards Satsuki due to the sheer size of the hitbox.

The fact that Satsuki herself is not visible references the fact that she's not in Melty Blood: Type Lumina, unlike the rest of the characters in the image (if you count Neco-Arc's unplayable appearance too)
