Man she looks so beautiful and dignified. She must be a noble and straight-laced paragon of traditional femininity who prefers the finer things in life over lowly activities like pranks.
Come to think of it, most of the umagirls with high heels also had those tall and narrow stiletto heels in their original concept art, but they all got widened later on to more practical shapes. Most of the current ones wouldn't look too out of place on equestrian riders.
(Well, still not suitable for running, but eh, suspension of disbelief.)
