Chun Li's color palette and heavy boots work better on the aesthetic level, but Miruko's outward aggression is closer to Juri's, which carries into their expressions. Chun Li it in general too calm and friendly to carry the same vibe as Miruko. She's louder and overtly fiery.

The question I'm more interested in is who would win in a fight, Miruko or Juri???
