What are you talking about. Edit: Oh, I get it. You want to be credited for commissioning it. They're not going to do that. Otherwise they'd have to put down the people who commissions for every single piece that got commissioned. And considering how little that actually helps search functionality (the purpose of the tagging system), they're absolutely not going to do that.
You can tag them as commissioner upload if you upload them and character:"the name of your character". That would be about the same as a commissioner attribution.

Try not to use quotation marks unless you're actually quoting (including scare quoting). It's confusing otherwise.

Anyway, commissioner is credited by the artist commentary, and the artwork also has a 'signature' or 'seal' crediting the commissioner. Translating those is more than enough.
