Idk why this gets thumbed down, it’s literally implied yuri lol and it’s not tagged.

Tag WHAT you see, not WHAT you know. And it's her own hand (see the grabbing_own_breast), and the absence of another person, so how it's yuri or implied_yuri?

Because the original post shows she's smirking at another woman; that's why it's implied yuri.

Still only works on the original post. The rule 'tag what you see, not you think' still applies.

Implied yuri is for images where the yuri is not actually visible in the picture. Tag What You See doesn't apply here, the whole point of the tag is that it is for something that you cannot see in the image, and you instead know from context. Here, the context (the parent image) makes it very clear that the 1 girl in this image is flirting with another girl. It's perfect example of implied yuri.

Just look at the implied yuri wiki:

"When it is being mentioned that a girl has a romantic relationship with another girl, but the relationship is not shown in the image.
For example, a girl might be talking with another female character and showing her affection, but the second girl is not actually present in the picture. Another case may be an image depicting a girl fantasizing, romantically or sexually, about another girl who is just mentioned and not visually shown"

I think it's high time to rework the description of implied yuri tag to include the definition if it works to image series or just a single image, because in this case if you're viewing ONLY the image and not the other image in the set you can't know the context of the action.

Tags are per image, not per series. It doesn't matter if the child post shows another girl is involved, this image provides no such context on its own, and the tag's definition blatantly contradicts your suggested usage in regards to this image.

Even if that is how the wiki should be interpreted, that's not really how the tag is used. Taggers very frequently use this tag the way I'm interpreting it. Either the wiki should be changed or someone needs to start removing it from posts such as:
