I've seen people say Mona could just put the food in Klee's backpack.

My first though was to put the food in her hat and carry that with her teeth, unless genshin also has touhou hat syndrome?

Well she's holding klee with both her hands whe she's carrying klee because klee is sleeping.

Probably something she can only use in an emergency (i.e. brutally long cooldown). While she can warp herself around frequently, maybe warping others along with her is a lot harder.
