I sometimes get confused when the sentences don't clearly specify the subject. I am supposing the last panel refers to McQueen, mostly because of context, since she is the one taking mental damage. Is the sentence really ambiguous in subject or am I not reading it correctly?

The preceding sentence mentions Flash's speed so the natural assumption is that the one doing the "leaving others in the dust" is also Flash. The particle も reinforces this. Since the verb is in the passive form the assumed "other party" is McQueen, the only other person in the scene. (Most people will just parse it intuitively. The complicated paragraph above is just me "elucidating" the intuition.)
Note also the final sentence also ends with a わ, which may also indicate it's McQueen doing the speaking (in her mind).
