If you're still interested, I got through this one and it's the images are at http://blog-imgs-41.fc2.com/a/b/k/abk00/mikku_win.htm but I didn't think they were quite good enough to warrant uploading.

There's also one with Nagato Yuki in it, but there's like 50 levels and you only have one life. I almost got to the end, but a stray SHORT power-up stopped me cold. Anybody got this one?
