Didn't like it, Marisa was a cuck. She was made the starter of the argument, the bearer of the curse, the one to almost curse another, the one that had to apologize, and couldn't even beat the youkai herself
This time's main themes were "fall" and "ginkgo leaves"! Ginkgo-lined streets in fall have such a great, wistful atmosphere somehow. If only all our sorrows could be carried off by the wind... That's the mood I get in.
Ginkgo leaves also just give me a Marisa-like vibe, somehow. (Shallow as it is, it probably has to do with the color.) Moving on from there, I started wondering if there were any ginkgo tree youkai... and after doing some research, what do you know, I found one in grandmaster Mizuki Shigeru's youkai encyclopedia!
With that, I felt that I had no choice but to write this...! (If you're curious, I suggest looking it up yourself.)
The panel with Reimu getting ready for battle was the thing I wanted to draw the most, so now I am content. Sorry for leaving out the fight scene itself due to time constraints! lol
Since I was able to draw what I came here for, I was most satisfied with this book.
I also want to draw something with more action-packed danmaku at some point, though.
This is the first book I've put out in a while, so I honestly don't want to end this afterword at all, but I suppose it's time.
Thank you for reading to the very end!
Afterword
Hello. It's been a while. This is Hinata Vanilla.
It's gotten all cold already, but how have you been doing? (Personally, the between-seasons weather always makes my body act up a bit.)
As for this book, I was just drawing what I felt like, so I'm sorry if the story itself felt a bit light as a result~! I wish I'd had more time and pages...
