Wiki says her Hollow Hole is where her womb would be. Source is "Bleach Official Character Book 3 UNMASKED, page 85". Bleach Souls game also depicts an alternate form of her where she has the Hougyoku placed inside her Hollow hole, confirming that.

Not as bad as it could be. I guess that would be the kind of thing revealed in some kinda extra book heh
