Basically the devs who are too angry that some minority prevented them from collaborating with Hololive again.

She looks similar to Uranami. Probably by the same artist.

When the 'unofficial' Pekora anime collab cameo got cancelled, so you make an official game collab cameo instead.

While funny, I can't help but feel incredibly sad.

Pekora doesn't own the trademark on big braids on bunnygirls, dudes. She doesn't look like Peko at all past the fact she's a bunny and has big braids.

Technically there's also the fluffy scarf around her neck, and the rabbit familiars that have a passing resemblance to nousagi_(usada_pekora) in terms of extreme roundness.

I think the claims of the devs/artist doing it on purpose is pretty far-fetched, but there are parts of the designs that do remind you of her.

I'd agree with you, but the design of big, oversized twintails on a bunnygirl with a furry-scarf is more than just uncanny.

I'd also agree in the general case, but yes, this specific example does seem like an intentional reference.
