I'm pretty sure this is the timeline where he doesn't jump into the portal. I remember Vanripper having a little thing showing the branch, and pretty sure all of the comics are after the Epilogue at some point, just the ones before this one that featured Helltaker himself were just exploring the Limbo timeline. The way the tweet was phrased suggested that showing that timeline was a temporary jaunt, not that all the comics lead to that timeline in some way.
