Well, given that in order to resist the square-cube law the girl needs to be made of supermaterials to not collapse... It wouldn't be that bad. To compensate for the square-cube law her durability would have to be multiplied by her size multiplier, which given the incredible size here would be over 100 times as much. So, these materials wouldn't be nearly as hard and unyielding to her as to a normal human.
