    Is there a system for subtitling videos?

    Edit: So... on Twitter hashtags. Funny that they don't allow most English punctuation but the Japanese ones all work fine. Not that it should matter, though I was trying to translate the hashtag (while keeping the link pointed to the JP version) into an English-sounding equivalent, so I tried to also follow the usual hashtag restrictions... and ended up with this monstrosity. That I still had to force Japanese quotation marks into.
