I was trying to figure out if "masturbation" is the right tag, since J'Alter isn't getting herself off, but rather S'Alter is getting her off. It just seems J'Alter somewhat struggling (unsuccessfully). So after doing research I found this post and it uses "reach-around" instead of masturbation. Hopefully this is correct.
