In the original mythos, yes. However, nothing in FGO lore states that they're sisters. I know the type moon wikia says they are, but it's not in either of their profiles.

FGO is sometimes vague with familial relations unfortunately, however I think with how Fate often tries to follow the mythos that it's safe to regularly tag them as siblings. Plus there's nothing in Fate saying they're not sisters either, so I think unless there's something directly in Fate saying they're not that it's safe to assume they are.

That's a horrible reason to tag it as such. I'm going to re-remove the tags unless you can show me something concrete saying that they're sisters.
Don't tag things based on "well it doesn't say it's not", especially with Fate. There is no "safe to say" with Fate.

Well they're listed listed as sisters on the wiki as you said. Along with them in Fate being a ying/yang - light/dark dynamic where they exist from the same entity as sister beings. It's the whole reason why Eresh is also summoned.
@blindVigil is someone who has helped me with tagging before, and I'd like to ask their take. Is there also a way to make a community vote or poll on this subject? I believe there should be more discussion on this with more people involved in it.
