Similarly, Oblivion had three different skills that would train Strength. If you capped out of one, you need to train another to get 10 skill levels per character level to get the max +5 to an attribute, and all of the strength skills are either weapons or unarmed. I'd summon skeletons and punch them to death with my mage to train unarmed for my +5 strength once my blades was high enough that it took a while to grind...
