It was shown in a stream, I don't think it's actually released yet.

It's coming out on the 15th of May i think, as a reward for the new CC

Now I'm anxious to get this skin.

I was saving originium for this skin and Gravel's skin, but seems like both of them are rewards and now I'm waiting for them like a kid on Christmas.
