Can i offer some guesses? 1. Choco isn't really that well known, so it's possble the artist doesn't know who she is or is uninformed(i know she used to be a super well known but that's a different story) 2. Choco herself is as horny or widely known for her horniness(maybe idk), She incite horniness in others very well though
