I mean, 長老 means "elder" (as in the position of authority among a group of people by virtue of age and/or seniority), but that Efroid is already called "Elder" in (katakana) English, so I had to start digging up some synonyms...

That said, Presbytera might sound a bit off. Would Dean or Doyenne work better? Or Presbytress?

I just realized that the dwarf might be a robot as well. The elves masquerade as living being, but the dwarves don't care too much about faking as flesh and blood beings....
