No, the file size on Danbooru is 117,467 bytes, and the file size on Twitter is 104,736 bytes. I saw it posted multiple places around the web when doing a google search, so it was probably uploaded from one of those repost sites. The uploader @tanaab1234567890 should be able to say where they got it though.
