Go on the hamburger menu (tabs at the top on PC) and select "More", then "Settings" at the bottom of the screen, and at the bottom there's a text box for your blacklisted tags.

1. While the user was unacceptably rude about it, their point was that the uploader should have added the yaoi tag. The complaining user was the one to add the tag and may have already understood how to use the blacklist.
