While the HMS Victory is the oldest ship still in commission, the oldest commissioned ship that's still afloat is the USS Constitution.
So, Constitution and the newer-but-still-made-in-the-nineteenth-ceuntury Constellation were briefly recomissioned during WWII, with the former being used as a floating brig and the latter as a command ship.
Does anybody else hope that they'll be added to KanColle someday?
