But I don't understand why in the MLLSD manga, there is the joke that Saori is fat. She is far from be fat according to me haha

I think it is an indirect reference to the situation that of the Anglerfish crew members, Saori is the most "well endowed". It's possible that Mako is associating the roundness of figure to roundness of the rest of the body.

I looked at this for 5 hours now
