Well, slimes don't have any perceiveably organs so...
In the case of stomach bulges, there's two kinds of them that's realistically and anatomically possible: the first one, happens just above the mons area, are caused by the dick rubbing against the anterior walls of the vagina, and can only observed in very thin woman. The second case, of which this picture probably trying to depict, is caused by displacement of uterus due to the push of an object, for example, fingers (in case of pelvic digiti in-vaginam uterine palpation method) or penis. So the womb gets pushed against the muscle walls and skin, and appears as a lump on the lower stomach. But back on the topic, I don't believe there would be a tag fit for this purpose. Artistic License: Anatomy would be the trope that fits this situation, though.
