So what is the tagging consistency on Enkidu's gender anyhow? Half the time the tag is "1boy" the other half it's "1other". It's kind of an interesting situation where the character is treated commonly as a husbando, even in universe, but Enkidu is defined as having no gender despite taking on the appearance of a specific female, Shamhat. Combined also with being able to shapeshift at will.

So should Enkidu be consistently tagged with "1other" unless they have a vagina/breasts or dick in that picture?
