This is just a guess but on the pixiv his profile shows a picture of his messy table where is a nice amount of different kind of medicines so I think he might have been in the worst case hospitalized or he is just trying to get a hold to his life because that picture told pretty good about his life situation but I don't think it's anything worse hopefully
