First time I've seen a Pekomama design where she's similar to Pekora in terms of size and smugness.

Ehhhhh, I think only Matsuri's mom should have a loli like design, while Pekomama should stay in milf territory.

To be honest I kinda prefer this form because you can see exactly where she got all her smug from.

I'd prefer to think that Pekora got that smugness on her own via her streaming since she was very shy and introverted at first, but then streaming and interacting with fans without doing it in person helped build her character from the ground up. It feels more natural, imo, than simply inheriting it from Pekomama. Also her voice doesn't match the appearance here at all, as Pekomama is "ara ara" material which makes her more fitting to be a milf.
