ガッ in second panel means god as translated, but also is used in set with NullPointerException(ぬるぽ) in 2ch BBS as a sound of beating.

Let's all hope Marisa learned a valuable lesson here. Bu~t seeing it's her, I give it three more weeks or less before she pulls another one on Reimu.

But what's this about "ぬるぽ" as a nickname for Merlin Prismriver as well?

There's some mention of it in the Touhou Wiki at http://touhou.wikia.com/wiki/Prismriver_Sisters
And nicopedia says about "ケフィアです" that it was originally used for the obvious denial of origin of white liquid, but lately has come to be appended after any denial. (http://dic.nicovideo.jp/a/ケフィア)
