I've been considering it, but with my backlog I've never gotten that far yet.

I simply assumed the two in the middle are both the same person, younger and older.

Doctor Grandpa what's the Meaning of this!? Are you only the Temporary Doctor of Rhodes Island and that Doctor Young is your Apprentice! This story is getting interesting, but i really do miss Doctor Grandpa when his Gone someday.

Lorewise the Player replace the ruthless Doctor and became the new Doctor himself/herself , Amiya and kalsit knows RI wouldnt survive without the Doctor so they (and pre anmesia Doctor Operators) knows the Doctor is not the same Doctor.

It is the same doctor, no one was replaced. It's the exact same person just with their memories removed.
