It seems to be a cover page for a doujin that they are selling through their fanbox. The fanbox link can be found on the artist page here on DB, and the doujin can be found in there under the Shop tab (though I guess I should note that there's also some furry stuff for sale there, if you care about that. Don't really get why the entire internet is up in flames over furries anyway).

Can't say if there's a clean high-res version in it though.

I'm a paying member of the artist's Fanbox (for now), and I haven't able to purchase the related doujinshi for it yet (two different payment methods declined, guess I'll need to try a prepaid card when I can). I don't believe it's included, though, since I haven't been able to find it anywhere else and there's no indication that it'd be included anyway.
