That thing is the Karl Gerat, a ridiculously huge mortar.
Yeah, the vehicle on the right is the Karl Gerat... the vehicle in the middle is the T28 Super Heavy Tank, and the vehicle on the left is the M26 Pershing, all vehicles of the University All-Star Team from the Girls und Panzer movie.
I don't know what that "bear thing" Arisu is riding is called, but I've seen it portrayed in Japanese amusement parks in anime.
I'm also not sure what that bear thing is either - sorry BrokenEagle98, I misread your question. I do remember Saber riding it (or a lion version like it) in Carnival Phantasm, though.

@Blue_Stuff Yeah, no worries. I was thinking of the same anime when I saw it, but I know I've seen it in others as well.

Scales seem to be a fair bit off on all of them tho.
@FWP Don't forget that these are Japanese high school girls. I just checked Miho's official height, and she's only 5'2". The T28 is 9'4". That means that Miho should be around 55% of the height of the T28, which looks to be right from what I can see. That guy in the photo supplied by Blue_Stuff is probably at least 6", if not higher.
For the other two vehicles, it's a matter of perspective, as they are farther back in the picture. Also, don't forget that Katyusha is even smaller, at only 4'2".
Well, for the T28/T95 at least the tracks seem to low and narrow compared to the actual hull front plate. While the M26 at the very least seems to have a oversized turret compared to the hull with an even bigger mantlet.
@FWP Yeah, I thought you were speaking more from an overall size aspect, like they were too big or something like that, as opposed to individual characteristics of the vehicles themselves being off. From looking at some of the artist's comments, he used reference photos which might explain some of the discrepancies...?
Well, in fact they are the same tank with 2 differents names x)
The 100-ton vehicle was initially designated a heavy tank. It was re-designated as the 105 mm Gun Motor Carriage T95 in 1945, and then renamed in 1946 as the Super Heavy Tank T28.

I think what you meant is.. Boko? Y'know, Arisu and Miho loves that hilariously weak bear, so...Boko i guess
