I had just finished my tagging and hit upload when I got the duplicate message and lost all my tags.

I really wish this thing merged tags.

I thought the duplicate message screen gave you your tags back so you could copy and paste them into the existing post.

I wish I. I went back and it was blank, Iike a fresh upload.

The behaviour I'd rather see is it merging my tags into your upload. I had to redo those later by adding the eye colors, chopsticks, etc. At least that way I don't feel like I wasted two minutes.

Reader-added tags include "Results of the System's training", "The teachings of Ran", and "(Oh) God(, a familiar) has spoken".
