Not sure if this should also go into In Memoriam or not. This is obviously a reference to Longcat, who crossed the Rainbow Bridge this past Sunday shortly before this was uploaded to Pixiv, but the commentary and artist-added tags make no reference to her passing.

But for the upload date, this would be an ordinary (but slightly naughty) Longcat pic.

If the artist makes no reference to Longcat's passing, I don't think it applies to In Memoriam pool.

Edit: Current Events pool? I'm not sure if it applies here though.

That one probably does apply. Longcat was in the news, and the artist swiftly made this fanart, despite making no reference to why she was in the news.
