So, I wonder if Zounose's doujins were related to each others or not. This Sakuya seemed to still have 2 legs.

I always thought the constant insistence that Sakuya was human despite other characters mistaking her for a youkai in TH8 was to imply that there was a possibility that she was instead a lunarian or some other non-human.

Maybe not, maybe yes, because Sakuya's leg didn't make any appearance here

Some of them quite obviously happened after the other, at least.
For example: Momiji is always shown to be wearing the fang necklace she made in Hunting Dog's Fangs, which is pretty early on. Also Reimu channeled Sanae's power as a goddess in Moriya-sama, which means Kaminare happened before that. Not to mention stories that are clearly meant to be sequential like Magic of Isolation to 3x3x3....

Sakuya's leg situation is a bit more vague though. If you pay close attention, Zounose usually avoided showing her right leg clearly to make out the prosthetic or the lack thereof, which means Vintage can still happen at any point chronologically.

If Vintage happened before this one, this would make sense that SDM's residents did not crave Sakuya's meat since they already had a piece of her. But there is also no problem if Vintage do not happen before this.
