Dialectical (usually Osaka-ben) version of やってやるぞ/やってあげるぞ. The Osaka-ben (and Kansai) version is basically an enthusiastic way of saying one will do something for somebody else, or to do something to show one's prowess (kinda like やってみせるぞ, for the latter).
(The Enshu dialect also uses the same construction, but it has a slightly different nuance. Mostly because the で part works out differently.)
There's also a similar construction, したる, for してあげる/してやる, also (usually) derived from Osaka-ben.
