Won't It Hurt If You Insert That!?

    Ojou-sama caught a cold so I'm administering a suppository.

I took a break from my manuscript and mindlessly started to draw, and this is the result. For some reason, I got the feeling that I had drawn something similar the year before last, so I tried searching for it and sure enough>post #1326182

... How is that supposed to help? That's like treating a hangnail with Tamiflu. Makes no sense.

Do you not know what a suppository is? This is exactly something you would use one for.

Where I come from, they're for the treatment of constipation, not upper respiratory infection.

They can be used for several things, constipation and common sickness being two of them. It's just a medicine containing pill designed to be inserted into one of the lower orifices, it's never been something limited to a single specific use.

They don't see as much use in the west, but Japan seems to love them.

Hmm. Interesting. I've never encountered one that wasn't just a slug of straight glycerol, intended only to get the train out of the station, as it were. Must be a regional thing.

Of course, all of this rather sidesteps the parallel absurdity of a vampire catching a cold, but, eh. It's Chinatown Touhou, Jake. ;)

The backend is one of the most absorptive parts of the body, and going in "backwards" skips the harsh environment of the digestive tract. Hence the relatively common (and sometimes fatal) "let's put the alcohol in our butts instead of our guts for extra drunkitude" maneuver.
