I think they're playing Sailor Moon. Saratoga refers to herself as both a magical girl and an idol on various occasions, and Ark appears to be acting as Tuxedo Mask. Deutschland might be Queen Beryl. Ark is also probably only involved because a destroyer is involved.

Does it really matter? It's not like they're actually the size of actual warships -- they could probably launch just by walking up to the beach given they're the size of your average human.
Changing Deutschland's skin tag from Demon Princess' Dark Hour Banquet (her party skin) to Dark Demon Princess (her Halloween skin) based on the headband she's wearing and the length of her dress.
