Of all scenes, they chose the seen where she digs through dirty water for 5s to find a rock she threw. Still good though.

Haruyama Kazunori is known to draws random scenes of an anime he watches on "different angle" to make it "more ecchi" than the actual scene; pantyshot and upskirt being the two examples.
