IIRC it was called Kamen Rider Kabuto.
It was used when the heroes changed from a heavy armor (pupa) form to a very fast (insect) form.

They're in a world where hundred if not thousand tonnes of weaponry float behind their back. I'd be surprised if it can't do more than flashing a beam of light.

Her repulser gloves are fully functional. so while I doubt they can actually henshin, I bet the belts do *something*
