I was able to identify that the girl in the back with the tray is Belfast. Edinburgh and Belfast have the same hair color, similar hair style and are both maids, but Belfast's braid wraps around her head and Edinburgh's hangs down like a ponytail. e.g. post #3606725 Still not sure who the one laying down is.
given lack of cat features and everyone else here being brits, I suspect the redhead is jersey, rather than iku. (also if it was iku the bust would certainly be bigger.)

The author said in the artwork comments on pixiv it's San Diego so I changed it over previously written Jersey. The one laying down is still missing but no more info so far on it.
