Mutsu was never at Bikini atoll, was she?

I think this is more a depiction of Nagato's friends. So it's her sister plus her Bikini Atoll buddies.

Looks to be another artist's continuation/expansion of post #3887475 - Nagato and Mutsu chilling in quarantine, with the rest of the Crossroads gang added.

I hope they add USS Nevada to the game sometime. She can wear an orange safety vest and she and Nagato can compare notes on tanking a nuke like a boss.
